Don’t be an April Fool.  Be Prepared. Back up your Data on March 31st

As a culture we have created more data information in the last two years than in the entirety of recorded history! That’s a lot of photos, memories, patient records, client files, and important data to lose.  Protect your business, backup your data.

What is backup?

A backup is an additional copy, or multiple copies, of all your important files and data.  Instead of storing it all in one place (like your computer or server), you keep another copy of everything somewhere safe.  This sounds like a no-brainer, right?  But, some businesses just are doing this.  Or, if they are backing up their data, they’re doing it wrong or paying too much.

LOSING YOUR FILES IS WAY MORE COMMON THAN YOU’D THINK.

Ever lost your phone, camera or tablet? That counts. Your data could have been saved with a backup.

One small accident or failure could destroy all the important data you need to run your practice.

backup30% of people have never backed up

accident29% of disasters are caused by accident

phones113 phones lost or stolen every minute

Virus  1 in 10 computers infected with viruses each month

So how do I backup?

Most people backup their files in one of two ways: to an external drive, or somewhere on the Internet.

However, we our integrators can help you manage all of this and more.  We can make it really easy, the only thing you need to do is call one of your local integrators and schedule an appointment!

Don’t be an April Fool.  Be prepared. Back up your Data on March 31st
