Reclaiming Control: From Reactive Operations to Intentional Leadership
This year’s DIA conversation focuses on reclaiming control over how you run your business, how you work with clients, and how you spend your time. As MSPs grow, operations often become reactive and leadership becomes centralized by default. Reclaiming control means designing the business intentionally, building leadership beyond the owner, setting clearer boundaries with clients, and making decisions that reduce dependency instead of reinforcing it. This conference centers on real experiences and practical insights for MSP leaders who want their business to support long-term growth and sustainability.
While we enjoyed the excitement and unique atmosphere of New York-New York in Las Vegas last year, get ready to experience the energy and music of the Music City! We are thrilled to be bringing the community together in Nashville, Tennessee for our 2026 gathering.
Building on last year, the conference schedule will be as follows: We will have a 1/2 day session on Thursday, April 16 beginning after lunch, with a Welcome Reception and Dinner following, A full day session on Friday April 17, then our Member-only Executive Roundtable on Saturday April 18.
