DIA 2023 Annual Conference
As we are all finding our true center and guiding force, the DIA continues to push forward – working together for the betterment of the whole.
Our Mid-year Meeting brought many conversations to light. It showed the strength of our committees, and what amazing things we can do together.
This conference will bring together new partners along with our tried and true ones. It will focus on your MSPs valuation by a certified Valuation Analyst, Cyber Security Insurance the how, why, and what, and (back by popular demand) our own organizational security – thanks to Center for Internet Security.
Capped off by a working session lead by our committees. Make sure you stay for these. The committees job is to bring vetted information to the DIA whole for decisions – we can’t do this without you!
We can’t wait to see you!

Reed Warren, IT Valuations
Keynote: 8 Questions Every Buyer Should Ask & Every Seller Should Be Prepared to Answer?
It’s been Reed’s job for the last 15 years to help IT Services and Technology firms value their business and facilitate Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities. He navigates the often-obscure path through company valuations, letters of intent, due diligence, financial modeling, definitive agreements, closure proceedings and post-merger integration strategies. That places Reed in an elite group of individuals who have over 75 M&A transactions within the IT Services and Technology firm industries. During this time Reed has worked with over 400 companies in 19 countries providing business strategy consulting and M&A services.
That’s backed by 30 years of experience working with IT Services and Technology firms. Reed started out in the early 90’s doing software development. Across several companies and through several acquisitions within IT Services and Technology firms, Reed moved from software development into pre-sales, recruiting, sales, operations and to the executive team in leadership roles reporting to the board of directors.
Reed is a Certified Valuation Analyst, a member of NACVA® and now the founder and CEO of IT Valuations. He is also an author and speaker.
